The team at Lake of the Woods Marine & Service Plaza was amazing to work with. We purchased a used pontoon boat from them and were very pleased. They were very upfront about the condition of the boat and sent us additional pictures prior to driving up there to take a look. They went over all the aspects of the boat and explained to my wife lots of great information. The trailer we brought to pick the boat up was not in the best shape. They went above and beyond what others would have done. They replaced a few bunks that were sub-par, check the tire pressures, checked lights and made sure the boat was going to be safe for my wife to transport back to Richmond.
